The latter owns 100% of the shares in Eco-Sneak LLC.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the AMCU has approved the implementation of an ancillary non-compete restriction stipulated in the agreement between HCGF IV Limited and WHS World Healthy Snack Limited dated December 16, 2025.
