The Supervisory Board of PJSC Centrenergo and the State Property Fund dismissed the company’s CEO Yevheniy Harkavyi, appointing Serhiy Isachenko in his place.<\/p>\n
\u201cYevgeny Harkavyi is completing his duties as the company\u2019s CEO,\u201d Centrenergo reported on Facebook.<\/p>\n
The company noted that the change in management was a joint decision of the State Property Fund and the Centrenergo Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe preparation and conduct of the 2026\/2027 heating season is transferred to the new management\u2019s area of \u200b\u200bresponsibility,\u201d the message said.<\/p>\n
The company did not specify who was appointed to the position, but YouControl data suggests that Serhiy Isachenko has become the new head of Centrenergo. As Interfax-Ukraine specifies, Tsenrenergo noted that the official presentation of the new head has already taken place. However, the company could not explain the reasons for these changes. According to YouControl, Isachenko is the owner of IDIS Group LLC with an authorized capital of UAH 100,000, which is engaged in the production of wood products and other plant materials, as well as sawmills and planing production. Isachenko is also the head of Kolbe Group Ukraine LLC with a statutory capital of 10 thousand UAH, founded by Kolbe Group Slovakia, which is engaged in the leasing and operation of its own or leased real estate. Currently, the company’s activities are suspended due to the liquidation of the legal entity.<\/p>\n
Yevgeny Harkavy was appointed CEO of Centrenergo in June 2024. As reported, PJSC Centrenergo received 4.06 million in net profit in 2025 against the background of prolonged loss-making in previous years. The company also noted that equity increased from minus 6 billion UAH to plus 2 billion UAH, calling it a way out of default.<\/p>\n
