The corresponding order No. 676-r dated July 8, 2026 was published on the Government Portal, Ukrinform reports.<\/p>\n<p>The document approved the terms for the sale of a stake in JSC \u201cSumykhimprom\u201d in the amount of 1,738,665,246 ordinary registered shares, which is 99.9952% of the authorized capital of the specified company, at an electronic auction.<\/p>\n<p>The starting price of the object is set at UAH 1,005,020,469.<\/p>\n<p>The previous order dated October 10, 2025 No. 1129 \u201cThe issue of selling a block of shares of the joint-stock company \u201cSumykhimprom\u201d is recognized as having lost its validity.
