    Ukraine was sent a new list of reforms from the White House as a condition for receiving further military aid. Such a letter was sent by the White House Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economics. It was received by the Donor Coordination Platform. According to Ukrainska Pravda, this letter was also sent to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and to the Office of the President of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
