This was reported by the press services of the NABU and the SAPO.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and has collected assets belonging to OJSC &#8220;Belaruskali&#8221; into state income. These include corporate rights, funds, railway cars, and potash fertilizers. According to the court&#8217;s decision, the following have been collected into state income: over 70 thousand tons of potassium chloride, the average market value of which is over 55 million USD; monetary assets worth over 250 million UAH; 1,545 railway cars; 48% of the authorized capital of LLC &#8220;Agrorozkvit&#8221;, the authorities inform.<\/p>\n<p>The specified court decision may be appealed in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Ministry of Justice, based on materials from the NABU and the SAPO, filed a lawsuit to confiscate the assets of OJSC &#8220;Beloruskaliy&#8221;. This involved corporate rights, funds, railway cars, and potash fertilizers.
