People’s deputy Maryana Bezugla thanked her colleague in the parliament Dmytro Razumkov for his amendment, which will allow the TCC to fine businesses for 170,000 hryvnias. She wrote about it on her social networks.
“Do I have to thank Dmytro Razumkov here? He submitted an amendment (No. 11 to draft law No. 16013), which provides for the possibility of fining anyone who violates the rules of military accounting. This should help reduce abuses. The VRU supported it on October 28, 2026 (249 votes). We are waiting for the President’s signature,” Bezugla said.
She also quoted the text of Razumkov’s corresponding amendment:
Violation by an official of the procedure for keeping military records of conscripts, conscripts or reservists, which led to the registration of persons who, according to the law, are not subject to military registration of conscripts, conscripts or reservists, entails the imposition of a fine in the amount of ten thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.
“10,000 tax-free minimums = UAH 170,000,” Maryana Bezugla stated.
