The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has granted permission to the HCGF IV fund managed by Horizon Capital to indirectly acquire the capital of Eco-Sneak LLC, a manufacturer of fruit snacks under the Bob Snail brand.
This is stated in the AMCU decision dated February 19.
According to the document, HCGF IV Limited has received permission to indirectly acquire, through HCGF IV Co-Investment II Limited, control over WHS World Healthy Snack Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus), together with YS Capital Limited and MMTD Investment Limited. The latter owns 100% of the shares in Eco-Sneak LLC.
In addition, the AMCU has approved the implementation of an ancillary non-compete restriction stipulated in the agreement between HCGF IV Limited and WHS World Healthy Snack Limited dated December 16, 2025. The restriction is valid for five years.
