Poland is ready to produce additional electricity for Ukraine, but on two conditions, which were stated by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a joint press conference with Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
First, Warsaw will be exempted from paying for emissions from coal-fired thermal power plants. The second is that the European Union will buy electricity and transfer it to Ukraine.
That is, Warsaw fully offers Brussels to pay for these deliveries, but does not plan to work directly with Kyiv on this issue.
