The state-owned PrivatBank has warned customers about new tariffs from January 1, 2026. The bank’s press service reported on which service will be subject to a fee.
As noted, the financial institution is stopping free delivery of bank cards from January. The new tariff applies to the delivery of both credit and debit cards of two types: instant cards of a new model – with a chip and magnetic stripe, non-personalized and without CVV, as well as premium personalized cards with a chip and without CVV.
Previously, customers could order up to six cards for free during the year, regardless of the type. From January 1, a fixed fee of 80 hryvnias will be set for delivery within Ukraine, and the tariff for reissued cards will be differentiated.
How to order delivery
PrivatBank delivers new or reissued cards within Ukraine and to 48 other countries. You can order a card through the Privat24 application. To do this, open the “All cards” menu, select the desired card for reissue, go to its settings and click “Order card”.
Delivery times in Ukraine via “Nova Poshta” or post offices are 1 day. Cards are delivered abroad via “Nova Poshta” within 7-14 days, and via “Ukrposhta” – 7-30 days.
Customers are advised to check the packaging of the card upon receipt: it should be in a plastic bag or the original packaging of “Nova Poshta”. If the packaging is damaged or does not meet the standard, the card should be left deactivated and the bank should be informed about this.
