In the near future, tariffs in Ukraine will not be revised. Accordingly, there will be no increase in the cost of utilities.
What tariffs may change in 2025
People’s Deputy Andriy Gerus noted that it is not possible to say for sure what will happen to tariffs for water and gas distribution, reports 24 Channel.
For example, the electricity tariff almost doubled last year. It has increased before. During the full-scale war, electricity for household consumers in general increased in price twice.
Gerus emphasized that as of now, the Verkhovna Rada does not plan to consider updating prices for basic housing and communal services. At the same time, the cost of some services will not increase due to the moratorium, these are:
- hot water;
- heating;
- natural gas.
Please note! Cold water is paid for at a separate tariff and is not subject to the moratorium.
