Experts predict that these changes can significantly expand the opportunities for Ukrainians to purchase housing and simplify the procedure for obtaining financing.
Ukrainians are promised more chances for their own housing – the parliament is considering an initiative that provides for:
- Preferential mortgage with a low rate;
- Rent with the right to buy;
- Leasing without a large down payment;
- State compensation for those who lost their homes due to the war.
Experts are confident that this can significantly change the situation on the market, make buying an apartment more realistic for thousands of families and stimulate the construction industry.
