On August 29, the Economic Court of Sumy Oblast opened the bankruptcy proceedings of the Glukhiv Quarter’s Career (Banychi village of Glukhiv community of Sumy region). The corresponding solution is contained on the enterprise page on the OpenDATABOT resource.
The court recognized the claims of the creditor – the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Sumy Oblast – to this debtor in the amount – court fee. In doing so, the court introduced a moratorium on meeting the requirements.
The introduction of the procedure for disposal of the debtor’s property for a term of 170 calendar days, the manager was appointed arbitration manager of Roman Udovenko. Until October 14, it must carry out an inventory of property.
It should be noted that with a statement on the opening of the bankruptcy case, the Career of the PF went to court on December 25, 2023, and on December 29 it was adopted for consideration. Thus, it took eight months to start bankruptcy.
The CCC has a special permit for the use of the Banytskyi Quartcite Sand deposit – the only deposit of high -clean quartzites in Ukraine. Prior to the Russian full -scale invasion of Ukraine, the products of the enterprise were supplied to the Russian Federation.
It should be reminded that on February 16, 2023, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice on the recovery of property of property in Ukraine by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska. Among a number of assets were 100% of LLC “Glukhiv Quarry of Quartzite”.
