Nova Poshta continues its active international expansion. In 2025, the Nova postal and logistics group doubled its network abroad to 800 service points. Nova Post Europe CEO Oleksandr Lysovets said in an interview with Forbes magazine that Nova Poshta doubled its foreign network.
The company opened the largest number of new branches in Poland – 32. Moldova took second place in terms of expansion, where 25 new branches appeared. 24 branches were opened in Germany and Spain each. Thus, the company strengthened its presence in key markets for the Ukrainian diaspora. As of the end of the year, Nova Post Europe had a total of 1,667 employees. Of the 800 service points, these are its own branches, partner points, and points of delivery and acceptance of shipments.
In 2025, Nova Poshta changed its approach to international expansion, relying on partnership models. According to Lysovets, 90% of new points were opened precisely through cooperation with local companies.
To ensure flexibility and speed of delivery, Nova uses the resources of European logistics operators. This model allows you to optimize scaling costs and quickly enter new markets. The expansion of the international network is taking place against the backdrop of growing demand for delivery between Ukraine and EU countries, in particular due to the large number of Ukrainians temporarily living abroad. Nova Poshta continues to build up its infrastructure, positioning itself as a European logistics player with Ukrainian roots.
As of February 2026, Nova Poshta is represented in 16 European countries: Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Austria and the Netherlands. On February 18, the company officially entered the US market, starting a partnership with logistics giant UPS. The United States became the 17th country of presence for Nova Poshta.
In total, Nova Poshta expanded its network to 50 thousand branches and post offices. The total number of parcels is 522 million, of which 29 million are international shipments. This segment showed explosive growth of 109%. Over the three years of full-scale war, Nova Poshta’s revenue has doubled.
Earlier, ZMEST wrote that Nova Poshta branches in Poltava will be made barrier-free. The company will cooperate with the Poltava community to improve its branches. Together with city specialists, the business will make the space accessible.
The business signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Poltava community within the framework of the “Movement without Barriers” project. According to Inna Popereshnyuk, Nova Poshta is currently implementing accessibility standards throughout the network. In Poltava, the branches are being adapted in cooperation with a team of specialists from the city. Over time, the spaces will be developed in 15 cities and towns.
ZMIST wrote that in order to effectively implement the changes, Nova Poshta has created a team of reformers, which includes 75 employees from all regions. The transfer is taking place at the level of top managers and office workers “from below.”
