The “Ukrprominvest-Agro” group of companies completed the sugar beet processing season, which lasted 132 days and became a record for the company by several indicators. This is stated in the press service of the company.
The company’s Haysinsky and Kryzhopol sugar factories processed 2 million 105 thousand tons of sugar beet and produced 337.5 thousand tons of sugar, which became a record for the company.
Also, for the first time in Ukraine, the company introduced a technological scheme for storage of sugar syrup with further processing. In particular, the Haysyn sugar factory took 48,000 tons of syrup into storage, from which it is planned to obtain 26,000 tons of crystal sugar in the spring.
The company says that the high production indicators became possible both due to the yield of its own beets at the level of 50 t/ha, and due to the expansion of the partner program “Sugar beets – the choice of the smart ones!”. About 40% of the raw materials that were processed by the company’s plants this season were brought by beet-producer partners, which is also a record for Ukrprominvest-Agro.
Also this season, the Kryzhopol sugar factory once again set an industry record for the amount of sugar produced by one enterprise. The plant produced 171,570 tons of sugar, which is the highest figure in Ukraine for all years of sugar production.

The land bank is 96 thousand ha. The activity is concentrated in the Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Cherkasy regions.
