PJSC “Rivneazot”, which is part of the Ostchem holding of oligarch Dmytro Firtash, launched its workshops for the production of mineral fertilizers after modernization. This was reported by the press service of “Rivneazot”.
“After the completion of the planned repair campaign, the plant was successfully restarted,” commented Mykhailo Zabluda, Chairman of the Board of Rivneazot PJSC.
According to him, the products were tested after modernization – the quality fully meets the standards. The company was preparing for the new high season.
It is noted that during the 2024 spring-summer campaign at Rivneazot, the operation of the gas synthesis preparation unit was resumed and the ammonia synthesis unit was modernized.
According to the results of 2022, Ukraine produced 1.13 million tons of nitrogen fertilizers – this is 4.6 times less compared to 5.2 million tons in 2021.
