On March 12, 2025, an online auction will be held to sell 100% of the state’s share in the authorized capital of the limited liability company “Motordetal-Konotop”.
The starting price of the lot will be 278.5 million hryvnias, in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
This was reported by the State Property Fund of Ukraine. It is noted that the funds from the sale of this large privatization object will be directed to the restoration of the housing stock and critical infrastructure facilities damaged as a result of Russian aggression.
“Motordetal-Konotop” is one of the largest factories in Europe for the production of cylinder liners for various types of engines. The enterprise is profitable and provides jobs for more than 700 people. Previously, the plant belonged to Russian politician Sergei Kalashnikov, but after a court decision it was transferred to the management of the State Property Fund.
