Blocked accounts of thermal power plants in Lozova threaten winter preparations and the work of all utility services. This was reported by the Lozova Urban Territorial Community, reports Dumka.
According to the community, the municipal enterprise “Teplovodoservis” has its accounts under arrest. The State Enforcement Service blocked them on August 15 due to debts to the company “Naftogaz Trading”. The amount of the collection exceeds UAH 8 million.
The company explains: the debts arose not only due to the difficult financial situation, but also due to the state’s unpaid compensation for the difference in tariffs. Currently, this amount is almost UAH 19 million.
Due to the blocking of accounts, “Teplovodoservis” is unable to prepare for the new heating season, pay bills with suppliers and perform necessary work. Not only heat supply, but also water supply, sewage and garbage collection services remain at risk.
