The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has fined Classic-Form LLC almost UAH 1 million for violations in 9 cases of gas station acquisitions – they were obtained without proper permission from the regulator. This was reported by the Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Pavlo Kyrylenko.
According to him, the acquisitions concerned:
gas station complexes and non-residential buildings owned by Nafta Capital Group LLC;
a gas station with a service station and a car wash owned by Amas-Energy LLC;
a gas station owned by Filling Station Management LLC;
a gas station owned by Ingrad Nerukhomist LLC;
a gas station with a service station and a car wash owned by Ukrkarier LLC.
It is known that Nafta Capital Group LLC belonged to the Trade Commodity group, operated under the SKY brand, and Classic-Form is part of the BRSM gas station network. In June 2020, BRSM-Nafta bought out 17 of the 22 gas stations from Trade Commodity, which operated under the SKY brand.
