The government is preparing a resolution to increase the salaries of preschool teachers by 30%.
Deputy Minister of Education Anastasia Konovalova said this. According to her, the issue of remuneration is key to the development of preschool education, Osvitoria reports.
The changes to the resolution are currently being approved by various ministries and should come into force in 2026.
“This is not yet the salary that a person responsible for the life, health and development of children deserves, but it is a step in the right direction,” Anastasia Konovalova added.
