Kharkiv Aircraft Plant “FED” ended 2025 with a profit of UAH 188 million

The aviation enterprise JSC “FED” (Kharkiv), according to preliminary data, ended 2025 with a net profit of UAH 187.58 million, which is 3.4% more than the same figure in 2024. According to the agenda of the company’s general meeting of shareholders on March 12, UAH 45 million, or 24% of the profit received, is planned to be allocated to the payment of dividends, and UAH 142.58 million will be left undistributed. The dividend payment period is scheduled for the period from April 1 to December 31, 2026.

According to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) of Ukraine for the fourth quarter of 2025, more than 98% of the shares of JSC “FED” are owned by the director of the enterprise Viktor Popov.

As reported, according to the results of 2024, JSC “FED” allocated UAH 40 million to dividends from the net profit of UAH 181.41 million, at the rate of UAH 4,575 thousand per share with a par value of UAH 57.9 thousand.

The authorized capital of the company – UAH 506.162 million – is divided into 8,742 thousand ordinary registered shares. Retained earnings as of October 1, 2025 amounted to UAH 1.52 billion. At the meeting, shareholders also plan to consider the issue of re-election of the Supervisory Board, which currently consists of three members (including its chairman Valery Fadeev). In addition, on the agenda is the issue of approving LLC “Audit Firm “SOVA”, selected on a competitive basis, to audit the annual financial statements of JSC “FED” for 2025.

JSC “FED” is one of the leading enterprises in Ukraine. It specializes in the development, production, service and repair of aviation, space and general engineering units. The average number of full-time employees as of October 1, 2025 is 953 people.

As reported, in January-September 2025, the company’s net profit increased by a quarter – to UAH 176 million, and net income – by 32%, to UAH 774.9 million. In 2024, the plant reduced net profit by 43% compared to the previous year – to UAH 181.4 million, while net income decreased by 26% – to UAH 831.7 million.
