Joint-stock company “National joint-stock company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” announced a tender. They are looking for specialists who will provide services in legal support of financing. This is stated in the announcement in the Prozorro electronic public procurement system, reports KV.
According to the announcement, lawyers are ready to pay 640 thousand 50 euros for their services. They will provide the company with financing support on international capital markets until July 27, 2025.
According to the tender, the participant must have a material and technical base, including offices in London and Kyiv, with at least 10 lawyers in each office, or the possibility of providing services through a co-executor with the necessary qualifications.
The contractor must also confirm the availability of experience in the execution of similar contracts and the compliance of the offices with international ratings.
Finally, he must have the necessary documentary evidence in the form of extracts from the register, copies of documents, etc.
The start of the auction is scheduled for July 17.
