Kryukiv Railway Carriage Works to Become a Quarterly State-Owned Plant

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court on Wednesday, January 14, satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice to impose sanctions on Russian Stanislav Gamzalov. This became known from the broadcast of the court session. This is reported by the Central Anti-Corruption Court.
“…to recover assets as state revenue, namely 25% of the total number of shares of PJSC “Kryukiv Carriage Building Plant” in the amount of 28,669,889 pieces with a nominal value of 21.5 million UAH, which belong to the company OV Capital Management GMBH and in respect of which Gamzalov can perform actions identical in content to the exercise of the right to dispose of them,” the decision announced in court says.
These are shares of KVBZ, which were purchased in 2012 by the Austrian company OW Capital Management, controlled by Gamzalov.
In 2022, shortly after the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, Gamzalov’s shares were arrested and handed over to the Assets Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA), but they have not yet been handed over to management.
Kryukivskyi Zavod reported that Gamzalov had no and no influence on the operation of the enterprise. The main owner of KVBZ is Ukrainian citizen Volodymyr Prykhodko.
