The state-owned enterprise “Belgorod-Dnestrovsky Maritime Trade Port” was auctioned again. The starting price of the enterprise is 88 986 246,44 UAH without VAT.
The auction is scheduled for September 16, 2024, and the reception of proposals ends on September 15, 2024 at 20:00, according to the portal “Rrozorro Sales”.
Recall that the enterprise specializes in overloading of various types of cargoes, such as forest, mineral fertilizers, iron ores, metal products and grain. The only property complex, located on an area of 64.4 hectares, includes buildings and structures at several addresses in the city of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky and the village of Zotka. These are open cargo warehouses, highways, trestles for drainage of fuel and lubricants, rail cranes, railways, as well as equipment for processing of grain cargoes.
Note that several previous attempts to sell the company were unsuccessful. The next auction will be held on September 16, 2024 at 12:30.
