Business asks to postpone transition to new form of fiscal checks for another six months

The use of the old format of checks is allowed until March 1, 2025.

The European Business Association (EBA) has asked the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to extend the transition period for the implementation of new requirements for the form and content of fiscal checks for another 6 months. This was reported by the EBA press service on February 3.

Key facts:

✔️ Deadline extension: The Ministry of Finance has already postponed the transition to the new standards until March 1, 2025.
✔️ Technical difficulties: Many companies have encountered problems with reprogramming cash registers, updating software, training personnel and testing systems.
✔️ Business appeal: The association emphasizes that the extension of the transition period will allow entrepreneurs to avoid fines for untimely compliance with the requirements.

“This will allow companies to correctly update their systems and software, as well as avoid the risks of fines for untimely compliance with the requirements,” the EBA statement said.
