FSMU put up for sale a bread factory in the Sumy region for 50 million hryvnias

The State Property Fund announced the holding of an online auction on July 19 in the “Prozorro.Prodazhi” system for the privatization of the state-owned enterprise “Okhtyrskiy khliboproduktiv kombinat” (Okhtyrka, Sumy Region).
This is stated in the message of the FSMU, reports Ukrainian News Agency.

The starting price of the bread factory is 49.72 million hryvnias.

“The enterprise is active, engaged in the production of flour. The number of employees is 128 people. The total area of ​​259 real estate objects is 88,438.8 square meters. Among the premises: an administrative building, a laboratory, warehouses, boiler rooms, workshops, mills with grain storage, etc. ..The privatization facility includes 21 registered land plots with a total area of ​​52.0418 ha. 24 vehicles and special equipment manufactured in 1970-2009 are also part of the company. Among them are Chevrolet, Mazda, fire engines, tractor trailers, etc. – the message says.

According to the established conditions of sale, the new owner is obliged to prevent the dismissal of employees and to repay debts within 6 months.
