Managers were required to report on cars to the CCC: who faces a fine of up to 60 thousand hryvnias

Enterprises that have vehicles on their balance sheets must submit relevant information to territorial procurement centers. Violation of the requirements is subject to significant penalties. This is reported by the Expert, referring to the norms of mobilization legislation. The new requirements apply to heads of legal entities, business owners and authorized representatives of enterprises that have vehicles on their balance sheets. This concerns the provision to the CCC of data on equipment that can be used for defense needs.

Particular attention is paid to trucks, SUVs, minibuses and specialized equipment. At the same time, the requirement applies to all transport officially owned by the enterprise, including passenger cars.

For failure to submit or untimely submission of information, officials may face fines of up to 60 thousand hryvnias. In case of repeated violation, the sanctions may be even more severe. In addition to administrative liability, the legislation also provides for separate consequences for failure to fulfill mobilization duties.

According to sources, the regulatory authorities have access to state registers, information bases of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and tax authorities. Because of this, it is practically impossible to hide the transport that is on the company’s balance sheet. The key date for business is June 20, 2026. By this time, it is necessary to submit the relevant information to the territorial procurement centers. To prepare the report, you need to provide a list of vehicles indicating registration numbers, technical characteristics and information about the technical condition.

In the business environment, the innovation has caused a mixed reaction. Some entrepreneurs consider such requirements to be an additional administrative burden, while large companies claim that they already have established procedures for performing such duties. Experts advise not to postpone the submission of documents, because the amount of possible fines can become a significant financial burden for the enterprise and its management.
