The Ministry of Justice has informed that since September 6, 2024, access to the open part of a specialized page, which provides access to general access to information about debtors contained in the Unified Register ).
It will be possible to form an information certificate of the entity in the bankruptcy procedure (insolvency) at the reference to the open part of the specialized page “Bankruptcy Information Help” – https://asbn.minjust.gov.ua/.
Therefore, starting on September 6, 2024, information about the debtors contained in the Unified Register of Debtors, in relation to which bankruptcy proceedings (insolvency) have been opened, will be provided electronic electronic request with the possibility of finding and reviewing information in the form of information information certificate the subject in the bankruptcy procedure (insolvency) (hereinafter referred to as information certificate), as well as obtaining such information certificate with the possibility of preservation and printing, in the manner determined February 2020 No. 594/5, registered with the Ministry of Justice on February 19, 2020 under No. 186/34469.
The provision of information from the Unified Register of Debtors, which have opened bankruptcy proceedings (insolvency), interregional departments of the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of Justice in the form of information letters on appropriate request (written or electronic) from September 6, 2024 will not be carried out (except the occurrence of the circumstances specified in the first paragraph of paragraph 13 of Section II of the above manner).
The information certificate is formed automatically by the software of a specialized page and is provided on the day of electronic request for the specified search parameters, except in cases of technical grounds that make the corresponding subsystem.
A mandatory attribute of information information is the QR code that contains a link to the document.
Information certificate is provided free of charge.
Information in the information certificate is relevant at the date of its formation.
Access to the open part of the specialized page for the formation and viewing of the information certificate is provided provided the authentication and authorization of the requester on the web portal of electronic bankruptcy services (insolvency).
Please note: Information on debtors – entrepreneurs in the Unified Register of Debtors, in respect of which bankruptcy proceedings (insolvency) are opened, can be accounted for as a record number in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals – Entrepreneurs and Public Formations state registration and at the taxpayer’s account number of such person.
In this regard, in order to obtain complete information about the presence or absence of a record of an individual – an entrepreneur in the bankruptcy procedure (insolvency), the Ministry of Justice recommends that you form information on both parameters: at the entry number in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals – entrepreneurs and public formations on state registration, as well as at the registration number of the taxpayer’s accounting card.
