Minister of Economy Oleksiy Sobolev stressed at a meeting of the Council for the Support of Entrepreneurship that in order to stabilize the labor market, the Ukrainian government needs to achieve a population growth of 3.1 million people within 3-5 years after the end of the war. This was reported by the People’s Deputy from the “Servant of the People” Olha Vasylevska-Smaglyuk, EP reports.
At the same time, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko said that in 2026 she expects GDP growth to be at the level of 2%.
At a meeting of the Council for the Support of Entrepreneurship, Deputy Prime Minister Shmyhal said that 80% of Ukraine’s energy was lost due to the Russian invasion. At the same time, Ukraine plans to restore 21 gigawatts of energy and create a new generation in order to get through the next winter no worse than the previous one.
