Kyiv City Council intends to attract credit resources from two state banks to finance the municipal enterprise “Kyivteploenergo”. The total amount of the loan will be almost 3.5 billion hryvnias. According to the city government’s plan, the principal amount of the loan and accrued interest will be repaid within seven years.
Such lending is designed to ensure the stable operation of the enterprise and promote the development of heat supply in the capital.
