FGVFO sells oil depot in Poltava region

The Deposit Guarantee Fund is starting the sale of the assets of JSC “RVS Bank”, and the first lot is put up for public auction in the Prozorro system. The complex of an oil depot in the Poltava region is put up for sale. This is stated in the fund’s message, Ukrainian News Agency reports. The auction will be held on June 1 according to the English bidding model.

The oil depot includes:

Above-ground and underground tanks for storing light petroleum products
A platform for draining and filling tanker trucks;
A pump room for pumping from the tanks of the vertical park to the tanks and vice versa.
The total area of ​​non-residential premises is 1260.6 sq. m.
The oil depot is located in the Myrhorod district of the Poltava region.
The starting price of the lot is 16.3 million hryvnias.

The auction will be held according to the English model, so interested buyers must submit their price offers by 8:00 p.m. on May 31, 2026. This is the first asset of RVS Bank JSC put up for sale. At the same time, information about all the bank’s assets that are planned to be auctioned has already been posted in the virtual data room. Individuals and legal entities, except for the Russian Federation and persons associated with the aggressor state, as well as persons against whom personal special economic and other restrictive measures have been applied, can participate in the auction. The funds received from the sale of assets will be used to satisfy the claims of creditors of RVS Bank JSC.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, on November 4, 2025, the National Bank of Ukraine adopted a decision to classify RVS Bank JSC as insolvent. On November 5, the Deposit Guarantee Fund introduced a temporary administration in RVS Bank JSC.

On December 17, 2025, in accordance with the settlement plan for the insolvent JSC “RVS BANK”, the Deposit Guarantee Fund established and registered PJSC “Transitional Bank “YUTE BANK”, to which part of the assets and liabilities to depositors – individuals were transferred.
On December 24, 2025, PJSC “Transitional Bank “YUTE BANK” received a banking license for the right to carry out banking activities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
