PrivatBank announced the preparation of a number of changes that will come into effect at the end of August and will affect the operation of digital services, authorization mechanisms and some operations in branches. The bank notes that the updates are aimed at increasing security and improving the user experience.
One of the key innovations will be the modernization of the transaction confirmation system in the mobile application. Customers are promised additional levels of protection for payments and transfers, as well as faster transaction processing thanks to updated verification algorithms.
The logic of operation of individual functions in Privat24 will also change. Some services will be transferred to new modules, and the interface will receive an updated navigation structure. This should simplify access to basic operations and make card and account management more intuitive.
Some adjustments will concern service in branches. PrivatBank is preparing new standards for operations that require the physical presence of the client, in particular, optimizing queues and speeding up document processing.
