The single property complex of the state-owned enterprise “Odesa Research and Design Institute of Land Management” was privatized at the online auction. The final cost of the object was almost 26 million hryvnias.
This was reported in the press service of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
How did the bidding go?
Eight investors participated in the auction, which led to a significant increase in the object’s price. The initial cost was almost 5 million hryvnias, but due to competition, the final price rose 5.17 times to 25.8 million hryvnias. In addition to this amount, the winner must pay 5.16 million hryvnias of VAT, so the total economic effect of the sale may amount to 30.96 million hryvnias.
